"This was a great value close to Venice. The outdoor garden area was nice. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom that had good water pressure. The air conditioning could have been a little colder, but we were there in the heat of summer. It worked sufficiently to allow us to get a good night’s sleep. The bus stop to Venice is close by."

"This is a great place to stay the night before your plane leaves especially if you have no car. The walk to the airport is only 1 mile or there is a bus. The room was spotless. Roberto the manager was incredibly helpful and delightful. I only gave it a 3 for condition as it is an old building and there is nothing of interest around it. The restaurant below the hotel hotel, Ai Quadrante, is very good. I would definitely stay there again if I had an early morning flight. "

"Very bad experience. 1.The equipment in this hotel is very old, and the decoration style is very rustic. 2.It's very cold in the room since there are no heating. 3.The breakfast is also very bad which only has bread. 4.I booked a room for 5 days, and I couldn't check out early after staying for one day. They refuse to refund to me.That is, even if I do not stay in this hotel, I still need to pay the fee. This is a bandit refund policy."

The hotel was in a perfect location - five minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and docking station to the Venice Water Busses. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from Piazza San Marco!"

"Hotel Montepiana in Mestre is a quaint little Italian hotel very conveniently situated for a day trip to Venice. Not at all modern, but very well presented and clean. The room for 3 adults was smallish but met our needs for the overnight stay and the airconditioning was a blessing. The staff were very friendly, informative and accommodating given we had arrived early but could leave our vehicle parked on site whilst we travelled to Venice for the day.
