"For the price paid, can’t fault it. Yes, the bathroom layout (sink in the room, shower with a hole instead of a lock) was strange, but can be overlooked when you take into account what you’re paying and how much other hotels are. The area might make some people feel uncomfortable, but I never felt threatened. 2 metro stations are close by and you can be in the centre quite quickly. Possibly factor in taking a taxi from the metro to the hotel if you’re travelling back late and you’re not used...

"When arriving at the hotel, reception was unable to locate my booking. After waiting for some time, Hotels.com contacted the hotel with explicit instructions. The hotel host then upgraded my room at cost and offered coffee and reprove to my entire party. This gesture alone allowed me to book for a second night!! "We had a great stay, it was a good hotel to use as a base - but the room was very dated although the bathroom was lovely and new; the TV was unsafe hung on the wall, the balcony divider had been removed so we found someone outside our room smoking on several occasions, this made us then ensure that our balcony door was locked even when we were in the room."
