On arrival access was problematic and achieved only with the help of another visitor. "I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "Great hotel located bang slap in the middle of town. Good parking on site (€14). Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel clean and comfortable. V good breakfast. Meal in the restaurant Bistro Bardy was ok. (Many thanks to the staff for retrieving our passports which we later discovered we had left in the hotel safe!) "
