"Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience. "

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"Nettes Hotel an der Hauptstraße, ordentliches gerämiges und sauberes Zimmer, Bar und Restaurant mit vielfältiger Auswahl (indisch und italienisch) sowie langer Öffnungszeit, preiswert und ganz lecker, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war entgegen der Angabe in der Buchung nicht inbegriffen, aber Cappuccini und Hörnchen gab es für ganz kleines Geld, also kein Problem. "My husband and I stayed here in mid June and it was wonderful. The location is beautiful and provided a wonderful pool to enjoy on a warm summer day. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided for our every need and request. The optional dinner was delicious and of exceptional quality, a perfect ending to a day of hiking, biking, and exploring. Looking forward to returning. "

"+ Great hotel to stay for ski trip in close Madonna Campiglio ski complex. Excellent and vary breakfast (both sweet and savory products). Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational."

"A good apartment in Carisolo, within walking distance to the town of Pinzolo and some 15min drive to Madonna di Campiglio/Groste skiing resort. The studio room was of sufficient size consisting of a double bed, a TV, a square dining table (for 2), a small kitchen and a bathroom. Good heating in winter, the room was very warm. There is a sauna on lower ground floor for c. 10 EUR pp but did not use this facility. Also, on the lower ground floor there is a room to leave the skis/ski boots overnight...
