"I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things might go wrong and I tend to ignore certain things that other customers may not out of understanding for the difficulties that staff face in running a property. With all of that said, this hotel is among the worst I have ever stayed in. "Room was super tiny but for 1 night, it was ok. I wouldn’t recommended anymore than 1 night if you have children. "

"Mobile check in isn’t ideal but luckily their staff was on site and quickly helped. Room was what we needed and close to airport"

"It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area. "

"Mostly had great stay apart from Television not working and at a time where I wanted to catch up with the Olympics we missed out on that"

"All good except for the AC being off, As per people in reception they only turn it on during summer. It was fairly hot during our stay. Other than that our stay was ok Supermarket at walk distance, buses to Rer B line station"
