"For what I paid and required, this was ideal. The room had a bed, TV, bathroom and towels so basic but travelling alone it was all I needed as a base. Breakfast was very good at the Best Western a 2-minute walk down the street. Train station is very close to the hotel. I went out for some morning runs up the coast out of town from the hotel. "

"Nice budget motel with good breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but functional. We liked the fact that we could rent bicycles at the hotel. Best way to get around Skagen!"

"Fantastic location for ferry. Great old building & beautiful rooms freshly painted & renovated. Awesome common area & guest facilities. I just didn’t find my bed that comfortable. The rest was great. "

"Firstly, the owner is so friendly. We were very late arriving and he was so patient and sweet and check in was very easy. The room was comfy and the location was lovely. Breakfast was delicious as well."

"Veldig grei beliggenhet, fin standard. Var ingen rengjøring av rommet selv om vi hang ut skiltet på døren som det sto at vi skulle gjøre, men fikk nye håndkler én gang da vi la de brukte utenfor døra. Samme med dopapir, måtte sette den tomme kurven på utsiden av døra. "

"You definitely need a car to get here Set in lovely open space Cooking facilities and fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, so well equipped. Host friendly. However, be aware that if you do not have your own towels and sheets it will cost DKK 110 per person extra (even if you have your own towels, so what seemed like a very reasonably priced B&B ended up adding another DKK 220, so not so cheap The breakfast is also extra. "The room and facilities were fantastic. The only thing that ruined the stay was a horde of people coming into the common room area, dumping enough luggage to fill a 747 and have half a million people try and open our door. This was at 6am!"

"Great location for Blokhus beach and Farup Sommerland park. Free parking. No breakfast but huge well equipped kitchen with everything you could need Nice views and very quiet . Supermarkets nearby. Would definitely return here.Staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful."

"Nice little room with coded doors so no office was necessary. Arriving late would never be an issue. Decent size bathroom and shower. Finding the hotel (behind the building) took a minute as the gps brings you out front where there is no access. Not handicapped accessible as there is a metal staircase to traverse. Would def stay again."

"I did not like that the owner was not available on arrival. We had to ask another long term guest for advice. The owner could have left a message on access and room number. We found the added charge for towels and bed line to be unreasonable and not explicit. We will not recommend in spite of the quaint garden atmosphere"
