"Website unhelpful in relating spa services. Reception even worse. There was no doctor because we arrived on a Friday, and didn’t book it in advance. We were only staying the weekend. "The hotel and facilities are great. It’s a very calm area and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The only “negative” aspect is that we were charged 30€ per night for our dog and did not even get a dog bed or a water bowl for him inside the room. That was quite disappointing. "

"When I checked-in my room wasn’t ready. Once I received the key to my room, I unlocked it and someone else was just talking on the phone in my room! On top of this, the air conditioning was a joke and I truly worried that I may pass out from the heat of the room. They only gave me one pillow and winter blanket. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"It is a wonderful hotel and well priced. It was a resting point as we travelled from west Slovakia to the east. We slept well because the bed was comfortable and the room was quite.
