"I have stayed in over 1200 hotels in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!! A power surge took out my laptop while I was in my room. This is obviously a huge problem. Staff were worse than useless with that problem and other requests. I asked them to recommend a computer repair place and they suggested a cell phone store. An Uber driver said it was "stupid" and took me to a computer repaid place. I asked their staff to recommend a gym (see below) and they recommended one over 1 km away....

"This should not be allowed to operate as a hotel or have guests. The whole first floor is contaminated with exhausts from busses and cars and it smells horrible, not to even think about how my lungs are. It is also very loud from the street, where there’s a bus stop right outside. The WiFi is really poor and nobody speaks English. Only reason I stayed was because I was sick and out of energy, as well as being close to the busstation, where I was leaving the same day. "

"Ontbijt onvoldoende , alleen droge koekjes met confituur , fruitsap soort limonade , gebouw afgeleefd en matig onderhouden. Geen verluchting , geen daglicht ,rioolgeur in de kamer, wel vriendelijk personeel …."

"Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. View too was great! On ground floor of the building it has a co-working area, gym, swimming pool (cold) and more. We loved our week long stay there!"

"Horrible experiencia. Me dejaron en la calle a las 5 de la mañana con un frío polar cuando tenían la posibilidad de dejarme sentarme en un sillón de la recepción esperando la salida del sol para ir a buscar una cafetería y desayunar. Se negaron a limpiar la habitación durante varios días, tuve que solicitar el servicio de limpieza que, en cualquier hotel del mundo, se da a diario sin necesidad de pedirlo. Sin mencionar la falta de amabilidad y la informalidad del personal de recepción. Nada...
