"This is truly a family-owned establishment that welcomes you into its heart. From the moment i entered the reception, I was invited to a seat around the fire with A-Bom's (i'm not sure how to spell his name, sorry!) parents and offered tangerines while the kids and nieces of the family gambol about. "For the price it was decent. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Just keep in mind the rooms are small and the shower is just a shower head where the whole bathroom gets wet. Again, for the price, it's fine. "

"The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful and seemed to get along so well with each other. The place was super clean and well located to walk around sapa. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice! "
