"Very quiet, but the beds are at about dining room table height. You have to climb up and down to get in and out of bed. I'm 6"4" tall and my feet would not touch the floor while sitting in the bed. "

"We got in late amd the desk clerk had a sign out that she was taking a bathroom break, so we waited maybe 10 minutes til she returned and got us our keys (I had done the online check-in so everything else was done). She was friendly, but the wait stunk because it was 12:30 a.m. and we were all tired having driven for 7 hours to get there. The room was relatively clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but adequate. It was a generally positive experience. "

"The check-in personnel girl was outstanding. (I'm embarrassed that I don't recall her name.) Mutual friends welcomed us in the lobby. Pre-check-in assigned a room that was not the best condition. However our check-in girl proved to be a real friend and recommended a second floor room that was likely safer and cleaner. What a sweetheart. We really appreciate this form of kindness in situations like ours. "
