Sauna was nice and hot, heated pool was warm, had jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Felt bad for staff because they were clearly making mistakes because they were under-employed. "Barraco Lodge is amazing! The views of lake/river/mountains are majestic - during my 5-day stay, I never tired of looking at the changing landscape. The food was excellent. "This hotel was beyond perfect for our purposes. It was a sanctuary of calm just far enough away from bustling downtown Bariloche and yet a very easy drive to all of the area’s amazing natural attractions. We had a vehicle so we wanted to avoid any surprise parking concerns / fees, which likely would have been the case in-town. All of the staff were completely professional and could not have been more kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!"

"The Lodge/B&B is very well run by a semi-retired couple. Our room was small but there are 2 comfortable common spaces for guests.Breakfast was the best I have had in Chile as it includes homemade breads and jams and fresh juice. The yard has many apple trees, and backs onto a small beautiful river. There is a sauna, hammocks and lounge chairs so you can relax outside. The Lodge is only a couple of kilometers from the hot springs 'Termas Del Sol' which is very impressive. A few kilometers...
