"Second time we've stayed here, this time with friends. Came up to expectations once again. Fridge in room together with complimentary bottle of water, kettle and coffee. Nice & clean with lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff, pleasant bar area with a comfy lounge. A good breakfast included in price. Good outside area with pool & seats. Free on-site parking. Just a 10 minute drive to Benidorm Palace. Highly recommended as very good all round value for money. Will stay again."

"OK, this hotel was built in the 40s and renovated in 2010. It is cute and modern. The dining room was not open as it was a national holiday, still they should provide services regardless. There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30. The tub is not in the bathroom and showering is awkward as no shower, you have a hand held shower in the tub and no curtain to...
