"Very convenient. Easy access from the interstate. Nice place and clean with pleasant working people. Attached to the mall which unfortunatly has very few open stores. The train did go by the hotel and I could see it from our widow; however, it did not keep us awake at night!"

"The hotel was located right off the freeway. Plenty of shopping n places to eat nearby. Beds are firm which I prefer softer bed. They have an outdoor pool which appears clean. Floors in corners needed to be swept better. Pillows were flat as pancakes. But I always bring my own when traveling. "

"It was so-so. There was no ac going in the atrium, and was easily over 100 degrees and unpleasant to sit in. Also, the jacuzzi was not heated either. This is the second stay in recent months here, and they did not heat the jacuzzi then as well. When I asked, they person behind the counter said a customer must have broken the switch, which was a lie. I went to the jacuzzi and it was not broken. I suspect they might be cutting corners on heating and AC for the pool and atrium. My room was fine,...

"We were only here overnight. The room was great as was the lobby,however the halway upstairs had a very strong cigarette ordor. The room did not so we didn't say anything. "

"We booked a two queen plus pull out sofa bed room. What we received was a two double bed plus pull out sofa room. There is no way we had queens. Two side by side pillows barely fit the width of the bed. That was disappointing. The electronic curtains were broken, so if the curtain was up, half of it hung down diagonally. The room looked weathered because of that. In spit of those things, we had a very quiet night. Plenty of tv channels. The pool was warm and clean. Everything was clean. The...
