"This is a decent hotel! We got the accessible room that said it had a view of the bay however it does not. The receptionist immediately offered another room higher up but it was not Handicapped accessible nor did it have the additional living area. So that was the only bummer is that we were promised a view but did not get one. Nothing against the hotel itself but maybe an Expedia error."

"The hotel was great but we were do upset when we landed when we say the shuttle didn’t run after 20:45. We landed at 11:00. Had to pay exorbitant Uber for $39.00 yo get there when it was advertised in your website for hotel that they had a shuttle! Then today when we went to check out soon, there is NO shuttle back to airport for connecting flight after 9:30. Now we will have to pay for Uber again. False advertising!!!!
