"This is a nice little motel close to Sunday River. The price is reasonable and the rooms are clean. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear what goes on in the adjacent room. Will likely stay here again mainly due to the price and location. "

Two separate living rooms allowed us to have the football game upstairs and a movie in the basement at the same time.
