"Everything was good with this hotel except the music being played in the hallway was loud enough to hear in our room at night!"

"The staff were second to none - everyone from the front desk, custodial staff and housekeeping. Extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is in a perfect location! Only downside is parking (which is no fault to their own) - but nothing you wouldn't expect in a downtown location. DON'T let that hinder your decision to stay here. The staff was extremely helpful in going over our parking options. Definitely will be a returning customer!"

"It was a tad confusing while checking in. The staff was helpful though. It was a different experience, in a good way. I like their take on hotel experience. A bit cold in the room. The heater never seemed to get going. All in all, i enjoyed my stay."

"Great space for our needs. We were traveling through and needed a place to rest our heads! Seeing there was an option with a pull out couch and 2 queen bed made it even more attractive as this allowed kids to have their own beds! Only complaint I have is there is too much furniture in the room when the couch is pulled out it is difficult to get past to the washroom. But for one night we certainly managed."

"Front desk staff was so friendly, very nice atmosphere, the pool area was great, the waterside was the best in the area as it’s anchored now really well and doesn’t wobble when going down it like other ones in the area, also has timers on the wall for the waterside to have water running down it also for the waterfall geyser, water was warm and easy to adjust too and hot tub was amazingly hot which was nice and relaxing, breakfast eggs could have been better but everything else was great,...
