"In terms of hospitality, no question they are good. Food was good, priced same as US. Overall good everything except hot water problem. I hope they fix it because it was very inconvenient for us. Service should have been better for the price we paid."

"Location was close to the lake and had a great view and was close to nearby attractions. The hotel lacked an elevator, gym, pool and was older. I don’t mind and older hotel which is nostalgic but it needed some amenities. Restaurants were convenient."

"he rooms are large, well furnished, cool A/C, TV, good WiFi and very clean as well as the bathroom. The location can not be better. Few Restaurants, convenience store and ATM around the corner and between 20 minutes walk to Lake Pichola and the City Palace. The staff was very nice and friendly, specially the manager always helping with my requests. Highly recommended."
