"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

"The great location is the biggest plus of this place. In conjunction with underground parking, it is the best selling point. Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor. "Overall the house was comfortable and cosy. The only drawback was that we did not find any extra pillows and bedrooms have no lampshades. The location was excellent and only around 25 mins walk to the town centre. Tasco is only 10 mins walk away and Abington Park around 15mins walk. Other shops are also within walking distance. The host was always reachable and even allowed us to keep the suitcases in the house after check out at 11am since the taxi came for us later. Will definitely recommend. "

"Excellent accommodation. 3 on suites is just wow in a 4 bedroom house . Plenty of room , very clean super facilities in kitchen ,Huge off street parking . 5 stars all round "
