"This was my first stay at the property and I am very happy that we decided to stay here. Good value with a big room with two queen beds. Room included fridge, microwave and coffee facilities. It also included bathroom toiletries. The location was very central, close to the Nevada border and with easy walking access to the Heavenly gondola area for shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Booked this hotel for the soaking tubs and I’m glad I did. The rooms are cozy and warm. There are cosmetic imperfections in the room that are noticeable if you work in construction but I would still stay here again for the tubs and proximity to the lake "

"The kitchen ladies were sweethearts. Did not get the name of the receptionist that checked us in but she was so helpful and very nice. Overall we loved everything. Definitely coming back here."

"Great location and clean enough. Downstairs shower didn’t get hot, all lights did not work, furniture was a little dirty looking. Otherwise not bad."

"We like coming here due to its updated rooms and jacuzzi options. As well as its proximity to everything. The room we stayed in this time was beat up though. Cracked vinyl flooring, small and messed fireplace framing. Staff is okay. Won’t let you check in early if your room is ready unless you pay an additional $35. Could provide more towels."

"The Hotel has what you need for a quick overnight on the way up to the slopes. I appreciate the hardwood floor, it feels clean, white walls makes it feel updated Bathroom is updated and spacious with great shampoo and conditioner. And the staff is superfriendly. Its totally fine to stay a second night. But we miss to have a place close by for to get dinner "

"We were traveling on a budget and this place was perfect. Definitely not fancy, but it was great for the occasion. It was clean & comfortable. It had a mini fridge, coffee & coffee maker, nearby ice machine, hair dryer, iron, etc. I would consider staying again. "

"Staff is extremely friendly. The whole facility was perfect for our needs. You can tell they have put a lot of work into the facility. We just needed a quick stay for the reggae festival and weren’t looking for anything exuberant, but after staying here, we would come back for a multi-day vacation. Online check-in was very convenient and easy. Free coffee in the morning! We’ll be back"
