"The property is a bit run down and seems to have seen better days. The rooms were a bit too small for four people. The view and the free tennis were great."

"I received an excellent and very warm welcome. Mary greeted me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction and offered to carry my bags to my room (which was on the second floor and only accessible by a spiral staircase). The room was in excellent condition and very clean and tidy. I had a continental breakfast which was well presented and more than adequate (in quality and quantity). I came by car and I found parking was easily available in the surrounding streets. In all I was very impressed with the hotel which has real character and wouid seek to use it again when I travel to Trouville. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome and treated me as a "special" person and not as "just another guest". I found Trouville to be a quiet attractive town and whilst a resort in its own rights is a great place to stay if visiting Normandy and has easy access to the D Day beaches and Caen. A wonderful and enjoyable stay. "
