"The Hostal is in an excellent location - just next to a park in the centre of Guadarrama, which is an excellent base for exploring the Sierra and visiting El Escorial. It is attached to a popular bar serving good food. The Hostal is quite typical for Spain: all the basics but no frills for a very reasonable price. Room was perfectly adequate and very clean.
