Front staff spoke enough English and I spoke enough French that everything was great. I arrived early and they stored by luggage for me. Also, they booked a cab for early early AM pickup for me. This place is a gem!"

"I arrived late 11.0pm, check in closed , so had to buy other room. It does say on hotel detail so my fault. But if my expedia booking , paid for up front, had room access code , then that would not be a problem"

"We had to pay 260 euro deposit to get key, had to make up own beds & strip afterwards, no towels provided, had to clean & wash floor and make all spotless & have it inspected. Carry used linen to reception before return of deposit, without having been told this when checking in. All this came as unwelcome surprise, anyone thinking of using this "hotel" should be warned. This was after just two nights. We will not recommend this "hotel", so unwelcoming..[This was also only hotel we've stayed in...
