"I would want to give this hotel 5*, however, at first my room have some issues (the wash sink didn’t drain at all, the water boiler didn’t work), the staff were so helpful try to fix most of the issues, one thing I still believe that a five star hotel with permanent dots stained bath tub is not acceptable. I could not enjoy a hot bath after a long day walking .. how sad, they also would not be able to change the room for me, so I subtract a start for this. The staffs are very nice and helpful...

"I highly recommend this place. In the center of Sapa, has its own restaurant. If the owner invest in a coffee machine will be so much better for breakfast as we all want a good cup coffee before starting the day. Xuan ( Selena), front desk staff is excellent service. Our first time in Sapa, Xuan was helpful and resourceful. Would come again! "
