"We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was great even with checking in at 2AM. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. You could hear some noise from the outside but it was not for long. Would recommend."

"I stayed at this hotel from April 7 - September 18, 2024. My mom, 2 cats and myself. We were homeless. The accommodations are ok, the property is dated but will be getting a much needed face lift I'm told by the end of this year. The staff - Kate, Neil and Chris from the sales department. Everything was great until they screwed me out of the excise tax you are supposed to receive back from the hotel after staying for 90 days. I have been trying to get my taxes back for 2 months now. "Good place to stay if you’re coming through Burlington. A typical Extended Stay America hotel. My room was clean, the hotel itself is pretty quiet even though it’s located near lots of shopping. The staff was nice, though there was confusion about only being able to exchange your towels M-F 10-3. Grab & go breakfast (muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee) was sufficient. I’d stay again. "

"Hotel was nice and staff really friendly. Breakfast was ok but does need more options. There was bagels, toast, scrambled eggs, either sausage or bacon but not both, waffles, yoghurt and friut. Room was clean, hotel was clean and great location. 30 minutes from Salem and about 40 minutes from boston city. 30 minutes from airport. Overall good stay and would stay again. "
