"We reserved through Hotels.com a non smoking room. When we got to the hotel, they said it was reserved as a smoking room. They did not have any non smoking rooms available in the selection ( 2queens) that I had already paid for. The hotel said they'd have an executive suite but I'd have to pay the difference because it was more expensive. Hotels.com did not have a customer service number so having to go through the chat option to get it worked out was inconvenient. It took an hour to get...

"This is definitely a repeat hotel in our opinion! It was clean, quiet for being busy, friendly staff, pet friendly (ours weren't with us), and very affordable based on comparible options closer to Marblehead, Oh. I wish you could give half stars because i would have gave 4.5 for comfort, instead of 4, the bedframe squeaked and that woke my husband up. Thats our only complaint, nothing important to us. Great hotel!"

"Went for a Father's day fishing trip, and it was perfect for our stay. Our youngest son had a blast in the pool and having a hot breakfast was nice. "

"The drinking water in Fostoria and the hotel was terrible. It had an awful taste. Even the water in the juice fountain had an odd taste. I believe there should be bottled water available for customers - low cost or free-. I could 't take pills with it, or mame tea or coffee. People in town said it was because of the filtering process used in the town. Maybe the EPA should be notified so action can be taken to improve the system."

"Hotel was nice. There was a plumbing problem when we got there but he front desk took care of it while we were visiting family between checkin and when we were ready for bed. Breakfast was good - many options. He sausage gravy was very good."

"3.5 stars. Average in just about every way. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Room was comfortable and clean enough. Breakfast consisted of nutrigrain bars and some pre-packaged muffins which was disappointing. No outside space to relax other than the parking lot."

"TV was oddly positioned. Couch was hard as a rock. Freezer didn’t freeze. Still a good stay and would stay here again. "
