"Arrived at 4am and staff was awaiting and friendly. We got the few ours sleep we needed before getting on a cruise. A bit too far to walk with luggage so paid the 10 euro minimum taxi fare to the port. Certainly nothing fancy, but clean and convenient and can’t beat the price. Would stay again. "

"The pictures on for the hotel are taken some time ago, the beds were hard, air con noisy, switch off and it’s too hot, noise from other rooms, no dining other than room service which was not great. Good shops and restaurants locally which was a saving grace"

"I think some people might rate this place lower than I did. But as a solo male traveler, I don't need much. This place served my minimal needs. Some things worth noting that I did not know ahead of time: This hotel is in a somewhat run down part of town. Lots of graffiti, beggars and metal bars on shops. I asked the front desk attendant about my boundary conditions and he said after dark, on the nonmajor side streets maybe it is not so safe but during the day, main streets it is fine. I...

"Great place once you walk in the front door. Air conditioning isn’t great. Everything else was. Clean, basic place. Good price. Area is a little sketchy, but really only at night. Half a block off a Main Street, but not the cleanest street to be on. I’d stay there again. "

It's an unpretentious, unfussy place with no frills or fancies. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fairly basic but plentiful.
