"The pillows were terrible and gone beyond usage for a hotel. There was also a dirty one left in the cupboard with stains from previous guests on it. The floor above our room was very noisy, which meant the insulation is not very good, which contributed to noise disturbance in our room."

"Basic hotel room with everything necessary. My one complaint is that the door to the room had about an inch of open space at the bottom so noises from outside -- including other guests talking loudly in the hallway -- were very audible. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins, juice, and coffee. Next time I may spend a bit more to stay in a slightly more up-market hotel chain."

"I had a great stay here; the staff were helpful, the room was clean, the breakfasts were ample. I have no complaints - just some advice for anyone who, like myself, wants to get to and from New York and prefers walking or public transportation over taxis. To reach the hotel, you need the 163 service from the Port Authority Terminal to Ridgewood (NOT the Paramus Arcola one); get off at Century Road (just after Alpine Drive), and either walk down Century Road or through the George Washington...
