"If you want to be right at the main piazza this is the place!! We asked for a room overlooking the piazza and was wonderful! The bathroom looked recently renovated and spacious too! The only thing is that if you’re driving you can not park right outside of course and parking lot is a little far away, but we knew it in advance, was no surprise! Good breakfast and nice staff that helped us resolve even some issues we had!! "

"+ Great hotel to stay for ski trip in close Madonna Campiglio ski complex. Excellent and vary breakfast (both sweet and savory products). Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational."

"Superbe hôtel. Completement rénové et dans un cadre montagnard maginifique. Mais il faudrait juste mettre beaucoup plus en évidence que cet hotel est en pleine montagne et inaccessible en voiture. (Cest indiqué dans le site hotels.com, mais en toute fin du descriptif.) On laisse sa voiture sur un parking en bas d'un téléphérique ... donc ne pas prendre de grosse valise ! Il y a une reception ouverte bien après 18h00. Le personnel est particulierement sympathique. Il y a meme un excellent...

"A good apartment in Carisolo, within walking distance to the town of Pinzolo and some 15min drive to Madonna di Campiglio/Groste skiing resort. The studio room was of sufficient size consisting of a double bed, a TV, a square dining table (for 2), a small kitchen and a bathroom. Good heating in winter, the room was very warm. There is a sauna on lower ground floor for c. 10 EUR pp but did not use this facility. Also, on the lower ground floor there is a room to leave the skis/ski boots overnight...

"The hotel was not in Riva del Garda as stated on Hotels.com. It is actually 9 miles out of Riva, up a very steep, narrow and windy road which we were nearly run off of!! There is nothing around the hotel at all to do, so you would need transport. The hotel owners spoke no English, the TV in the room didn't work and the pool was covered over even though the description on Hotels.com states that the pool is open seasonally, I think early August is peak season and expected the pool to be usable.
