"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining...

Friendly staff Cons: no onsite parking- some on street parking and parking garage nearby (decent price). really wasn't too bad -there was no one at the desk for check-in, it seemed odd. we had received an e-mail with the door code to get in the building and our key was in the room. "If you are an American...you are just going to be upset. We travel a lot, but this was really bad. Rude staff, very unhelpful. No elevator and no help to lug your suitcase up the stairs. The tiny bathroom had no light...not really a room, just a corner of the room separated by a half wall. The other corner has a tiny tab...shower is communal, outside the room. Just a very bed experience all around"
