"The staff are friendly and helpful beyond the requirements .food is a little pricey for Philippines but good the only negative thing I could say is hot water did not work and no t.v In my room other wise excellent place to stay I would definitely suggest staying here "

It is located in the entertainment district in Malate, but I was not bothered by noise from these venues, nor did I in any way feel unsafe when walking in the area during the day or early evening. "This is my first time using the Pacific Bay Grand Suites desk at this building and my second time staying in the building. The property is well situated about a minute walk from Robinson Mall. The pool is really nice. Staff is great and check in/check out couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommended"

"The room was not cleaned, unless we asked the young man in charge, and after paying him cash. There was no toilet paper, the breakfast had a long list of choices but couldn't provide. They would go to a nearby street food vendor and bring us something with always rice in it. It's strange for us to eat rice for breakfast. The location is in a very populated dirty area where you have to be very attentive not to fall in an open sewerage well. The smell is terrible. I don't recommend this hotel...
