"We reserved a non-smoking room, but the room was smoking one (or smelled as bad as a smoking one) and we saw 2 cockroaches in the bedroom. We said to the staff that we would not spend the night in that room due to the above mentioned problems, but they had no empathy at all. After insisting on our request, they gave us another room (even though they said minutes before that there was no other room available) that smelled as bad as the first one, but without cockroaches, at least.
