"It is the typical European hotel with the pub/restaurant below and rooms above. We booked our room only an hour before arriving around 8pm. The staff and locals were extremely friendly and happy to speak English when the realized we spoke little French. Even my mom commented that they had been the friendliest people we have met in France. I was traveling with my mother and teenage daughter. "Beautiful old and charming hotel that is family run. This hotel is set in a small town very close by to a number of WW1 historical sites. The staff was very friendly and the meals served in the dining room were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel if wanting to stay off the beaten path.
