"Room was good (we ordered a private twin, but got a 4-bed to ourselves, so bonus). Cooking facilities quite limited. The laundry was broken but staff were helpful in finding a local laundrette."

"Good location a short walk from the metro station. Friendly receptionists. Room was clean and had a good amount of space with kitchen facilities. Plenty of glassware also provided. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night even though the surrounding area was really good for nightlife. Only problem was that the keys could be difficult to use, but reception did warn us about this and gave us a way to make them open the door."

"Wombat's is about as good as a hostel can get. I met some great people that i went to the grand prix with in my room. Fairly clean and our room had its own bathroom. The only negative was that the room was pretty hot at night but what can you expect when it's 95 degrees F every day. Overall it was a great experience."

"Auto check in was not easy especially if you are not aware ( emails was in the junk) but the assistance i had make it easier , the apartment was good and the location is the best if you like the night life (very close to night clubs and restaurants) "

"Good: Felt very safe at the accommodation and it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay and recommend to others. Very walkable to everything you need (shops) and to walk around Budapest. The self check in and access to rooms was cool and easy, only comment is that it becames a bit clunky and slow to use when going through multiple doors and when your phone is trying to connect to the WiFi. Bad/ but not really bad is the kitchen area can be loud when other people are using it and talking at...

"The hostel has switched to fully code-based entry. This was awesome since I arrived when there was no staff onsite and could easily enter the building, the hostel and my room without interacting with anyone. The hostel is very conveniently located, meters away from the Airport Express bus stop. Facilities are clean. My first impression was that there were not enough washrooms or showers, but I didn’t encounter anyone else in the washroom or shower area during my stay, so it seems fine. All in...
