"I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. "The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but...
