"The front desk people were not very friendly. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I have never encountered such miserable people. The rooms are dated, and desperately in need of a redo! The breakfast isn’t as good as it used to be. On the plus side, it’s a great location, so I will most likely stay again."

"We stayed here while taking care of my father in the hospital. The hotel is in need of updating but the manager Ryan, explained the situation to us. We completely understood why it was in need of repair. The staff was excellent! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Two shoutouts go to Stephanie and Ryan. They both went above and beyond. "
