"The front desk assistant Mrs. Kishia was very nice, warm and welcoming to me and my family. We were traveling for a track and field event. The only issue was with breakfast, the employee was mouthy and irritated about people being down there before it opened. To add to it, no one, I mean absolutely no one asked her one time to open before it started. Even upon telling her good morning, she didn't speak because she was so irritated. She doesn't know what time people had to be at the track. ...

"This was our first stay at a Sleep Inn. The room and hotel had everything we needed. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fine. Why pay more?"

"Staff very friendly. We were there on a day with a lot of snow. They kept the breakfast open past 9 and were accommodating with a late checkout due to our flight being delayed. Would definitely stay there again if flying out of Birmingham on an early morning. "
