"We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Astrid. We stayed in a double superior room and we liked the added room for two people. Easy walking distance to at least 10 high quality restaurants. Owner is always there and very involved with making sure we were taken care of. It was a wonderful experience both at hotel and the beautiful city of Caen."

"This hotel is nice. Nice location which just take 5mins walk to the car park. Located in the city centre where you can walk everywhere within 15- 20mins. The most important thing is the staff/owner ‘s family are superb nice. Highly recommended ❤️"

"Lovely hotel and nice staff. Great location that was easy to find and park, and plenty to do within walking distance. Hotel has limited but good facilities. Restaurant downstairs was convenient but did have a limited menu if you are picky, and/or dont like seafood."

"Got a good price.Has free parking.A good 30 minute walk up hill from town centre. It is under new ownership and when I was there Restaurant not open so not sure if they will have one.Room clean,a good size and bed comfortable but not much around location.Highlight for me was big car wash /Total Énergies over the main road! "Stayed here for 4 nights as a base in the middle of the landing beaches. Hotel is only a few meters walk from Sword beach. Hotel is a little run down. Parking is limted to 5 spaces and always seem to have staff cars in it. Parking mext door was chargeable 7am to 7pm but parking on local streets nearby is free if you can get a space. Hotel was having scaffolding erected when i arrived so if i paid for a room with a sea view i would have been angry. Room itself was pokey and a little mould in...
