"The bed was hard, the TV didn’t work and the hair dryer didn’t work. It was a short stop over for us. We did not ask for repair or replacement because we were able to manage without. When we checked out the front office was unmanned and one customer was waiting and indicated he had been there for a while. I dropped the keys in a box on the counter and wen t on my way since I already had a copy of the receipt from an email. "

"This was the most.disgusting hotel I have ever visited. I reserved a non smoking room. The first room they gave me smelled bad.of smke.and.the smoke detector was missing. Everything looked dirty and my wife saw cockroaches moving around. I changed to another room and that one someone had obviously just been in. The light was on. "Was greeted outside and welcomed. The rooms were clean, and I walked barefoot without picking up dirt... :) The only complaint was that the T.V. had two remotes without instructions and did not work.
