They offer an ATM machine in the lobby but for some reason only allowed $40 to be withdrawn at a time.- it’d take 3 transactions to cover the deposit with a minimum of $12.00 in bank fees. 0 stars for that part only. "Good price for our purpose. Free Parking, good breakfast. Hotel was a bit dated but it was kept up as well as possible. Staff was kind but didn’t really know the ins and outs of the area. One example we asked about the process to visit Canada-the staff on that day “didn’t know”. Come to find out there was a tunnel/bridge practically directly across the street! I never knew Detroit was across the narrow lake from Canada."

"The entrance and check in was fine. The front desk person was informative and easy to work with. The problems were once I got to my room. There was no trash cans in the room. The toilet paper was sitting on the sink. The holder was missing the rod. The shower curtain rod was not flexed outwardly. Instead if was bowing downward. The tub looked gross. I pulled the sheets back on the beds and found random small pieces of stuff. The TV remote was missing the back to hold in the batteries. ...
