"Staff were grumpy! "

"This was stopover for us, family of 5 driving back to the UK from the south if France. Booked a family room, which had 3 single beds and a double. All family rooms are corner rooms - plenty if space and very clean / comfortable. The hotel bathroom is a little dated but very clean. Great shower over the bath - very powerful. Nothing around the area, so we ate in the hotel restaurant which was busy.ok food for a stopover hotel. Staff all very friendly. In all I would recommend. "

"We arrived late to our hotel, we had received a voicemail saying the reception would be closing 2hrs before we arrived. We were unable to get through to reception to arrange a late check in. Luckily we arrived at the same time as another guest who had arranged late check in. The reception staff were very friendly and we felt very lucky, as we thought we would have had to sleep in the car. So, arrange late check in if you are arriving after 10.30"

"Check in was easy, especially as I managed to arrive within one of the time slots where someone was managing the reception area. Room was clean and tidy and the AirCon was already switched on so the room was cool when I entered. Bed was comfortable. Food options near by for food if needed,"
