"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind. Complimentary breakfast offered lots options. Location is great near lots of food options, grocery, shopping and highway. Pricing was very reasonable. Outdoor pool looked well kept, it was closed, however it was too cold and too early in the year for swimming "

"Front desk person was friendly, but did not offer up information unless asked then, for example she new nothing about how the off site room service worked. Vip perks at the hotel for members. I leave at 6:30 in morning for work so was unable to do even a grab and go breakfast item because doors weren't open yet. I've stayed at BW south in fort wayne and staff were way more helpful and also at the one in louiseville,KY airport."

"I wish the breakfast service that is offered would of lasted until 11 AM. It was nice having a refrigerator in our suite. It was also nice that the adults had their own separate space. The kids slept on the fol out sofa. "

"Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to highway, but kind of difficult to get to, winding through the hospital campus. Grounds around the property are a little bit of a mess. Seemed like there were a number of longer term guests there as well. "
