"Good location, close to Outlets and Frankenmuth. Girl at desk was very friendly. Check on was quick. Forgot our toothpaste and desk gave us that and mouthwash. Had variety of snacks and meals to purchase. Free breakfast decent. Only complaint was they did not offer hashbrowns. Quiet as well. "

"Stayed for one night only. Nice and decent place - liked the carpets especially! Clean room and bathroom (even though small) - free of any odors. This place shows that Motels can be run well. I had only one difficulty - even when I moved the thermostat to the lowest temperature, the A/C was only pumping out hot air - I did not notice a setting for cool air. "It was a last minute stay and never stayed at the Hampton in Birch Run before. For the most part was nice. The front desk was friendly upon arrival. Rooms were fine, although the toilet was VERY hard to flush. The bed was a little hard but pillows were great! The tub made a whistling sound when filling unless used all the way to the hot. Bathroom was clean however. The pool area could use a revamp. There seemed to be a lot of dirt/mold on the walls. Seat cushions could use replacing. ...

"The room was great. The only major complaint I had was my daughter was getting out of the pool and slipped and cut her knee really bad on the ladder. It was missing a step and where the screw hole went was super sharp. We went to desk and asked for a bandaid cause her knee was bleeding and of course they didnt have a first aid kit. and didnt even ask if she was ok. When I went in the morning to ask if they had fixed the problem the lady didnt know anything about it. "
