"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. "The house is super clean, spacious, homie and very cute! A group of us stayed there it was a perfect location for us and very close to our event. It’s in a very peaceful and quiet setting right in the middle of a farm. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re passing through the area. Way better than a hotel!! "
