"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Nice and spacious, however -; There’s a ‘hole’ at the top of the stairs under the carpet that we all nearly tripped down … including our 3 year old. The property is very roughly finished - there’s a tile in the kitchen that’s loose and proud - which we almost cut our feet on. Not enough cutlery/ crockery to cover the amount of guests that can stay there . "Nice and clean caravan. The cleanest park that i have stayed at. We were place near the front of the park which was quite loud due to the other parks around the area and having entertainment on till late. The club house was really big and loved the comfy seats they have"
