"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "It was the first time we did stay in a caravan park and we were very surprised. We will repeat for sure. The swimming was very clean and not too crowded. The entretaintmen it is great for kids and adults. The beach very close. "

"Waterside lodge is a lovely modern ,spacious lodge in a lovely quiet location in the Lincolnshire countryside . Had a fabulous stay for a big Birthday and it gave us a nice peaceful break away for a couple of days . Lodge is well equiped and quirky layout of beds made it a unique stay too . Took lots of gadgets with us , but needn't have bothered as the lodge is equipped to excess with kitchen utensils and there were toys , games , toiletries supplied dnd even ice in the freezer !!"

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them.
