"If Mario is cooking then you know you’re in for a treat. Everyone was amazing to interact with and more than welcoming throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was warm, the staff were amazing and the food was some of these we had on our trip. Mario made us a dinner from scratch and it was much more than expected. "The Hotel staff were very friendly however extremely upset that our CONFIRMED booking (itinerary # 7442765075789) was not registered with them. We therefore had NO accommodation for a Saturday night in a tourist town! The Hotel told us they have NO dealings with Expedia. We WILL NOT use Expedia again and will tell our friends of our experience."
