"We like staying in this hotel however on this stay the toilet bowl seemed dirty with lime deposits. Also, no hooks to hang towels. No small hand towels. A couple were fighting at midnight. Police came."

"Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. "We can’t recommend the Hotel Royal more. The service was the best we’ve ever experienced in our 30+ years or traveling—and I’m not overstating that. The people were so friendly, caring, and helpful. The hotel itself was very well appointed. We loved the onsite restaurant and also found that the hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Aarhus bars, restaurants, and shopping. We will be back. "We showed up somewhat late (10pm) after visiting Billund (Lego HQ) first on our Denmark roadtrip. The staff was very helpful in getting our parking sorted... there is street parking and there is also a parking garage at the nearby convention center they have an agreement with. The bed was comfortable even if the room itself was on the smaller side (about 55% of a standard Motel 6 room)... but they made up for it by having a really cool spacious lobby with tons of seating which is open all night...
