"This is a good place to stay if you need to rest your head for the night and cheap enough where you do not feel like you're in a dump. The staff is kind and had no problem when showing up a little late as they are very understanding. That said, it is an older building and has that old carpet smell, but clean."

Honestly, I haven’t ever found a place to stay that feels so much like home more than this does! It’s very peaceful, clean and well maintain! Would give a ten star if I could! "

"I had made the reservation on line just mintyes before walking in and it was already in their system. Check in was quick and the woman at the desk was very nice and told us a good place to eat. I will say that due to the humidity it caused the tile floors to be very slippery. I am not sure if they were to wipe the floors with clean water to take up some of the floor cleaner if this would help. "

"There’s junked cars on the property and the room smelled horrible. I had to get ozium from my car because I couldn’t sleep with the cigarette smell. I would not recommend this property to a single woman traveling alone. Very sketchy individuals. Its real cold outside and there’s some guy sleeping out in the cold. Next to a parked trailer. "

"The lady at the front desk was so friendly, accommodating and amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. Housekeeping staff were excellent. We came here to escape the hurricane in Florida and both housekeeping and the front desk did all they could to make us comfortable. Thank you! You are appreciated!"

"We loved our stay. No time to fish but thoroughly enjoyed the captivating view of the lake through the 3 sliding glass doors out to the deck. We met in Donalsonville to take in a football game in Tallahassee. Avoided the crowds & high prices of staying close in. The home was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, ie Hilton could not have done it better. We will plan a fishing guide with a pontoon boat when we can come back for a longer stay. Thanks for your hospitality!"
