"Great Customer Service from front desk staff. Over all cleanliness was at my standards. Only issue was I was in an Executive King suite and a few stains in the carpet and bathroom sink stopper was broken and needs to be fixed cuz it causes the sink to fill up. "

"My husband and I had a great stay. The lobby was so cozy, the pool and hot tub were very clean. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was probably one of the best free hotel breakfasts we have had. The only thing that I had to complain about was that in the description here it says free beer, wine and rail drinks 5-7. It is now only beer and wine from 5-6 and I don't drink either. "

"Priced well, good facilities, and pleasant staff. My only complaint is the noise, the highway is on one side and the loading dock for the nearby shops is on the other, both of which can be noisy after dark"

"The only thing I had a problem with was when I went to take a shower, after turning the water on the tub would start filling with water like the drain was clogged. I was hoping thay it wpuld go away but it persisted. "
