"Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. "Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. "

"This hotel has no lift and the breakfast thats included is not much option. They charge just to use a heater. The blankets have stains. The receipt machine does not work so you have to pay cash only. The wifi is not great at all. However the location is great, you get peaceful sleep because it is quite. They do not have much amenities. Overall the price was not worth it. I was little bit disappointed."

"Not a Proper place to stay in mount abu. Firstly They don’t have proper parking space you have to wait to clear space before you take out your car from parking . Can’t close toilet door. Duvet(blanket) cover is dirty. I asked staff to change duvet they said don’t have another duvet. Rude behaviour. Price is too much compared to services they given. Not price worthy place to stay. Go beyond this Leef Inn……"
