"A Recepciós hölgyek kiemelkedően kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ellenben a szintén ott lévő kedvetlen férfival ellentétben, aki kifejezetten rossz benyomást és érzést keltett bennünk. A Hotel (amit mi láttunk belőle) igazán szocreál, ami önmagában nem gond, hiszen a víz a legfőbb cél egy balatoni nyaralásnál. Viszont a felújítások, állapot javítások hiánya nem kell, hogy az alapvető takarítások nélkülözését is magával vonják. Nagyon sajnálatos, mert ez szuper hely is lehetne."

"The hotel was clean and tidy, our room and beds were very clean. The bathroom was old school but everything worked as it should. The hotel is set up for groups of people, so perfect if you’re touring the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and there are plenty of typical Balaton places to eat and drink near by, plus a few special ones. "

"My room was very small, hot, no air conditioning in 38C weather,it was located right above the restaurant ‘ s terrace. I could hear every conversation, noise from downstairs. I front of my window was a tin roof,which got very hot also radiating more heat.
